IndieLisboa hosts once more the Lisbon Screenings [03/05/2015]

This year, Portugal Film organised, once more, the Lisbon Screenings during IndieLisboa - International Independent Film Festival. The screenings aim to promote Portuguese cinema by bringing together in the same place films, producers, directors and international decision makers. The Lisbon Screenings happened at Culturgest's Small Auditorium, on April 27th, 28th and 29th, benefiting from the celebration of cinema, particularly the large participation of Portuguese films. During the Screenings, a selection of new Portuguese films in World premiere was shown to international buyers, distributors, directors and programmers of film festivals invited for the event.During three days, the professionals from the film industry saw unreleased films of different genres fiction, animation, documentary and experimental in different stages of production, selected because of their international reach. The foreign industry met local producers and directors thus promoting new networks.     In these screenings were represented some of the most prestigious international film festivals, namely Rotterdam, Berlin, Torino, Florence, Seville, São Paulo, Marseille, Belfort, Jihlava, Vienna, Tampere, Toronto, and Locarno, among others.
